In this telebriefing, funders explored how human rights grantmakers can effectively and strategically support Egyptian activists and civil society organizations in the current state of transition.

  • Surveyed the current political situation and funding landscape as well as implications for human rights funders
  • Explored the human rights priorities, gaps, opportunities, and entry points for funders
  • Examined lessons learned that funders seeking to enter this context should bear in mind
